We pride ourselves on being a small independent service with staff highly trained in supporting adults and young people with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) all our planning and training revolves around supporting people with ASD.
We have three small residential homes that are terraced on Stimpson Avenue. We can offer support to 10 people at any one time.
CQC (care quality commission) have rated us “OUTSTANDING” this is something we are very proud of. Following on from this we were featured in the chronicle and echo as the second highest service in Northampton. NQC has given us the gold award for two years running, this is their highest award and we are also very proud of this.
The people we support say they like their staff and their accommodation, and their families often give us lovely written feedback. Our staff say we are supportive and there is a high level of specialist training.
Our respite service is delivered from the same staff pool as our residential service and benefits from the same resources.
Our respite rooms are bespoke for people with autism and spacious, and we have access to vehicles for community activities. The staff are highly trained and specialise in supporting people with learning disabilities and ASD and are friendly and supportive.
Our respite facilities have access to a large enclosed garden and a well-equipped sensory room. We also provide activities at home, such as yoga and bespoke work tasks, to help build and retain functional and cognitive skills.
